Your first appointment at Infinity Smiles is designed to be thorough without feeling rushed. Here is what typically happens, from before you arrive to the moment you leave with a plan.
- Before you arrive. We send your new patient forms ahead of time when we can, so you can complete them at home. See our new patient forms page for details, or just arrive a few minutes early if you have not finished them.
- Check-in. Our front-office team will welcome you, confirm your information, and answer any questions about your insurance or your visit.
- Exam and digital x-rays. We start with a comprehensive exam and digital x-rays to get a complete picture of your oral health.
- Cleaning, when scheduled. If a cleaning is part of your visit, our hygienist gently removes plaque and buildup and checks for any early concerns.
- Your treatment plan and costs. Dr. Solomon reviews what we found, answers your questions, and walks through any recommended treatment along with how to pay for it, including insurance and Cherry financing.

How Long Your Visit Will Take
Plan for a bit more time than a routine checkup, since we are getting to know your smile for the first time. The exact length can vary depending on what your exam and x-rays show, and whether a cleaning is scheduled for the same day. If you are working around a tight schedule, let our front desk know when you book, and we will do our best to plan your visit accordingly.
